Blocked Tasks (linked to Impediments)
Tasks that cannot be done, because they are blocked by an Impediment, should be able to be marked "blocked" by that Impediment by the user. When the linked Impediment is solved, the blocked state is resolved.
Acceptance tests
- setting a Task blocked
- linking the blocked-state to an Impediment (multiple Impediments?)
- setting a Task unblocked
- automatic unblocking when the linked Impediment is solved
- blocked Task should be visually highlighted
