Theme-Tags
As a user, I want to be able to group Stories, so that I can show and name their relation. This is accomplished by adding and removing one or multiple tags to Stories. Stories bearing the same tag are related in respect to the tag.
Acceptance tests
- Adding Tags to and removing Tags from Stories and Issues
- Stories and Issues share one set of Tags
- Show Tags in front of Story and Issue
- Suggest existing tags when adding Tags to Story

Next up on this "theme" would be to generate reports for stories marked as belonging to a theme. (See my other comment about backlogs w/ 300+ stories). With many stories sometimes a PO needs to see progress being made across a theme
