Wait for Comment

Scenario: a user writes some question as a comment for some entity and waits for an answer. When nobody answers, the question is often forgotten.

In such a case, users should be able to set a "wait for answer" flag. Entities marked in that way appear on the dashboard, until the user receives an answer.
