User documenation
A user documentation is a complete description of Kunagi's features, ideas and concepts. It is written in a general form and can be user to look up specific topics.
It is supplemented by a Tutorial (sto148) that allows a quick introduction and the FAQ (sto149) that allows to quickly look up specific questions that users often ask.

Would definitely like to see this story get a high prioritization, and would add that more comprehensive JavaDocs might also be appropriate.

You are generally right about that. But I have to note, that documentation (as well as JavaDoc to some degree) is very much work and gets outdated very fast. This fact is additionally reinforced by the fact that the project is still changing quite rapidly.
Some time ago, we factored out sto148, sto160 and sto161 (tutorials für Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team Members) out of this Story. Therefore, we will try to get them done first, and see that we get out more documentation out some time in the future.
