Lower remaining/burned hours step

1 hour is quiet a big step, why don't set it to half a hour for example

There is no "hard" reason for this. I guess its because we were always good with 1 hour steps and nobody complained too much.

In fact, there have been some ideas for zero-hour Tasks that are quire similar in nature.

We will review this...
