Google sign-in is broken

Logging in using Google OpenID no longer works.

When attempting to log in, Google redirects to the following page: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6206245?p=openid&rd=1

Summary: On April 20th Google shut down it's OpenID 2.0 service in favor of the new OpenID Connect service.
