Global calendar
t would be very desirable to have a global holidays calendar, and one for each project

A new calender will be introduced with sto175. Once the calendar is in an actually usable state, we will spawn some features like import/export.
Entities shared across projects are non-existent at the moment. So this is a general problem to be implemented in the future.
