Assign projects to users

How Can I assign a project to a user. If I add a user there is a filed projects. However I cannot edit it although the three first field: Login, e-Mail and full name can be edited. The line when it has no fosuc is not theere, but I can give the fuield focus. The line colors yellow in tha case, but I would expect a dropdown box with all projects or a listbox to tick all projects to which the user gets access.

Can you help me as the help texts does not provide any help to me how to do this?

It is the other way around. You have to assign users to the project. As admin expand the project box and edit the participants field. Then don't forget to edit the roles fields.
